How important is it that we know God?

"And this is life eternal, that they might know Thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom Thou has

What answer did he return when asked concerning his mission?
For what purpose did Christ come to this world?
What did this little horn do to the people of God?
Besides the court, how many parts had this sanctuary?
What will occur when the Lord descends from heaven?
How may one know that this does not refer to the earthly sanctuary ?
