How futile is it to attempt to hide sin from God?

How did Jesus emphasize the necessity of conversion?
What followed immediately after the gaoler and his family had accepted Christ as their Saviour?
What did those do who were baptized of John?
What besides creation were Israel to remember when they kept the Sabbath?
Did they observe it after His resurrection?
