"For God commanded, saying, Honor thy father and mother. But you say, Whosoever shall say to his father
or his mother, It is a gift. . . . and honor not his father or his mother, he shall be free. Thus have you made
the commandment of God of none effect by your tradition." Verses 4-6.

What do those born of God not do?
What promise is thus fulfilled?
What is the beginning of wisdom?
Does proper correction evidence a want of parental love?
Did Christ come to abolish or to destroy the law?
How many does Paul say will suffer persecution?
What is to be the reward of those whose works are good?
