If one lacks wisdom, what is he told to do?

"If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that gives to all men liberally, and upbraids not; and it
shall be given him." Verse 5.
 


After receiving a knowledge of the truth, what must one do in order to be sanctified by it?
What charge did Jesus bring against the Pharisees?
