What has He promised to be to those in trouble?

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." Ps. 46: 1.

Can man free himself from the dominion of sin?
Will sin and its evil results ever appear again?
What did He teach concerning the stability of the law?
How is their watch-care over God's people expressed?
With what should our prayers be mingled?
Without this faith, will God answer prayer?
Is it our duty always to give what is expected or asked?
