What is a "wind of doctrine"?

"And the prophets shall become wind, and the Word is not in them." Jer. 5: 13.
NOTE - Calling a doctrine a wind of doctrine does not make it such. That is a wind of doctrine
which is not sustained by the Word of God.

How were the Scriptures given?
Through whom are we reconciled to God?
Of what were the different parts of the image composed?
What is to take place in the days of these kingdoms?
How may we know that we love the children of God?
What should one do if asked to inquire of a familiar spirit ?
