What is faith declared to be?

"Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." Heb. 11: 1.

What is Christ's relation to this faith?
What became of the various parts of the image?
What were these martyrs represented as doing?
What courage and strength, therefore, should come to us even in the hour of affliction?
Whose names are in the foundations of the holy city?
Why will this city have no need of the sun or moon?
Who will dwell with the redeemed?
