Why did not these ancient worthies receive the promise?

"And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise: God having provided
some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect." Heb. 11: 39,40.

How will the curse of the confusion of tongues be brought to an end?
With what was He filled?
What positive assurance of the resurrection is given?
For what are we told to pray at this time?
How diligently should parents teach children God's Word?
How was the ceremonial law made known to Israel?
After whose body will these resurrected ones be fashioned?
