Why was the ceremonial law taken away?

"For there is a disannulling of a foregoing commandment because of its weakness and unprofitableness (for
the law made nothing perfect), and a bringing in thereupon of a better hope, through which we draw nigh
unto God." Heb.7:18,19,R.V.

In view of God's great love, what may we confidently expect?
With whom are the children of God joint heirs?
What should we say for such a Saviour?
Through what are they to -be sanctified?
To whom did Christ become the author of salvation?
What means will be employed to lead the people back into this false worship?
Where are the righteous to be recompensed?
