Be informed that March 28-31, 2024 has been declared national holidays in the Philippines in celebration of the Lenten Season. The RAO will be closed on these dates, thus, requests and transactions will not be responded to until we come back on April 1, 2024. Expect delays. However, you can still use this portal and file your requests, and we will check them as soon as the holidays are over. Thank you for understanding.


In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number* which you can use to track the progress and responses online.

We suggest that you create a ticket through this portal by providing your e-mail address and choosing the appropriate help topic (including request for official documents).

You may now also check the status of your ticket from this portal. Just follow the instructions if needed.

For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
