The AUP Records and Admissions Office is here to support your records needs.


The RAO will have the following dates of operations during the semestral break:

May 27, 2024

  • The office is limited to accepting returned graduation regalia
  • No document-related transactions.

May 28-30, 2024

  • Skeletal staff available, limited to receiving documents and releasing of already fulfilled requests.
  • Online and counter requests are received, payments can be made
  • Limited documents can be produced including transcript of records. Expect delays in processing.
  • Pre-registration of current students will be ongoing. However, expect some delays.

May 31, 2024

  • Office is closed.

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number* which you can use to track the progress and responses online.

We suggest that you create a ticket through this portal by providing your e-mail address and choosing the appropriate help topic (including request for official documents).

You may now also check the status of your ticket from this portal. Just follow the instructions if needed.

For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
