Dear RAO Clients:
Please be informed that beginning January 2025, additional charges will be implemented for those requesting for Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CAV) with the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) regional office 4A at Lipa City, Batangas. This is to cover transportation expenses that are being incurred by our department. This includes bringing the documents for CAV, and claiming them during other dates.
