IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:
Dear AUP RAO Client,
We would like to inform you that beginningApril 6, 2026, the University will adopt a four-day workweek in response to the ongoing global energy crisis.
The Records and Admissions Office (RAO) will operate from Monday to Thursday, with office hours from 7:00 AM to 12:00 NN and 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. For on-site clients, transaction windows will be open from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN and 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
Please note that there will beno office operations every Friday as part of the University’s efforts to conserve energy during these challenging times.
We kindly ask for your understanding and patience, as some delays in our responses may occur.

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number* which you can use to track the progress and responses online.
We suggest that you create a ticket through this portal by providing your e-mail address and choosing the appropriate help topic (including request for official documents).
You may now also check the status of your ticket from this portal. Just follow the instructions if needed.
For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
