Dear Client:

Due to the high volume of requests made to our office, please note the following information on the processing of your requested documents:

Please note the following processing lead times. These are based on working days and do not include Saturdays and Sundays. Also, these are the maximum days that we will be able to process your requests once they have been paid, cleared and acknowledged. We will try our best to lessen your waiting time.

· Transcripts of Record (ToR), Certifications, Copy of Grades, Certified True Copy of Documents, Diploma, Certificate of Eligibility to Transfer (CET) = Allow minimum of 20 working days

· Verification of Records and Documents = Allow minimum of 15 working days

· Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CAV with CHED* and/or DFA*) = Allow minimum of 35 working days. Be advised that the CHED and DFA currently have strict guidelines for processing documents. Processing may take longer.

Office hours are Mon-Thurs 8am-6pm and Fridays at 8am-12nn

SPECIAL NOTE ON CAV: Should you opt to process your CAV personally for CHED and/or DFA, you may do so with the proper indorsement letters and documents that you can claim from our office (as requested). This is usually faster since you may go to the said offices yourself. Just be reminded that sealed envelopes with your documents must remain sealed until you receive your final copy of CAV.

Additionally, should you authorize a different individual to process with CHED, you may issue a letter of authorization (LOA) with valid ID. In the case of DFA, you have to make an online appointment (here: https://co.dfaapostille.ph/dfa/) and instructions for LOA will be sent to you via the e-mail that you provide them. If you let us process with DFA, we will send to you the LOA for signature and we will require you to send us  a copy of your passport biopage.
